发明名称 DRYING AND STERILIZATION OF BREAD FLOUR
摘要 PURPOSE:A powdery or granular raw material for food is made to fly with high- humidity hot air and send to a rotary drier, thus effecting high-efficiency drying of a powdery or granular raw food material of high water content. CONSTITUTION:A powdery or granular raw food material such as bread flour is introduced from inlet 1 into the pipe 2, while high-humidity hot air is fed from the hot air generator 5 into the pipe 2. The raw material is made to fly with the hot air and sent to the rotatory drier 6. The raw material is dried on the surface with the hot air, thus it never sticks to the inner surface of the drier drum until dried to less than 13% water content, then it is taken out through the rotary valve 7. The exhaust gas is led to the cyclon 8 where the flying particles are separated, and is passed through the circulation fan 3, then a part of the resultant hot air is sent to the baking room and the remaining to the hot air generator 5.
