PURPOSE:To take easily a very small amont of a volatile component in a sample, by cooling and condensing a heated sample taken in one end of tube, at the narrow part, which is formed between the two bended parts of a thin glass tube. CONSTITUTION:When a sample for gaschromatography is prepared to analyze a solvent-type adhesive or paint, a thin glass tube 1 is bent at two positions and a narrow parts 3 is formed between the bent positions 2,2. The sample is taken in one end 4 of the tube, then heated by the burner 6. Followingly, the sample is cooled and condensed during passing of solvent of the sample through the narrow part 3. The narrow part 3 is cut off by the liquid side 5, followed by taking a solvent to be analyzed with a microsyringe 7. Thus, a very small amount of a sample can be taken easily without a solvent extraction or the like. |
