PURPOSE:To assemble a drawer with high assembling accuracy for a short period time by forcedly holding the tentatively assembled drawer from the longitudinal and vertical directions and by connecting it with rivets. CONSTITUTION:Columns 2, 3 are stood on the right and left of a bed A, and the column 3 on th one side of said bed is provided such that it is shifted by a feed screw driven with rotation by a motor 16-4. On respective columns 2, 3 upper part pressing tools 8a, 9a driven by pressure exertion driving devices 17, 18 are provided. The drawer B where longitudinal and vertical surrounding wall plates B-1-B-4 and a base have been temporarily assembled is placed on a stage board 1. The, after the column 3 is moved, and the drawer B is held with side part pressing tools 6, 7, the upper part pressing tools 8a, 9a are lowered, allowing the drawer B to be fixed. Behind columns 8, 9 and the bed A, tackers 12, 13 and 15 are rotatably provided around the vertical and horizontal axes, respectively, and are turned by a prescribed angle, allowing the surrounding wall plates B-1- B-4 to be rivetted. |
