The seed ampoule for tree cultivation comprises a pellet (1) of peat litter or similar in which the seed (2) is contained. The upper and lower ends (3,4) of the ampoule are of peat litter pulp with a mixture of nutritional material. At least the lower part (4) of the ampoule is contained in a casing (5) of newspaper or similar with high water absorption properties.
