PURPOSE:To produce solar cells of good optoelectro conversion efficiency and possibility of lower cost by formation of fine electrodes on the surfaces onto which the solar rays irradiate. CONSTITUTION:A reverse conductivity type impurity diffusion layer 12 of 0.2- 0.6mum thick is formed to a silicon wafer 11 on the uneven face of the silicon wafer 11 produced by anisotropy etching whereby a junction face 15 is formed. One of paired electrodes 13 is provided at the bottom of each inverted fine pyramid. Material of this electrode 13 is normally silver which is of ultrafine particulates because the electrode 13 has to be formed at the extraordinarily confined point. Such material is floated on solution and adhered by centrigugal settling to the uneven face formed by anisotropy etching which is normally water-repellent so that it is preferable that the ultrafine particulates of silver are to be in fluid state mixed in a water-repellent solvent. |
