PURPOSE:To reduce idle stations in a transfer machine, in which the work to be processed is fed at a constant pitch in box movement, by installing a moving work receptacle on the transfer bar being interlocked with the motion of the bar. CONSTITUTION:When a transfer bar 1 rises, a rod 3 retracts to the right. This movement is transmitted to a rotary plate 15 through a lever 14 and a coupling member 17, and this rotary plate 15 rotates counterclockwise round a fulcrum pin 16 to actuate a pin's 12 rise along a long hole 13a in the fixation plate 13 with the aid of pin's 12 detention with a lon hole 15a. A swing arm 9 rises smoothly following the rise of a moving work receptacle 8. When the transfer bar 1 advances by a specified stroke, it is transmitted to a bracket 10, rod 11 and swing arm 9 and the moving work receptacle 8 slides on the transfer bar 1 to the left, where the motion is combined with that of the transfer bar 1 to transport the work at double pitches. |
