<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate formation of a diffused reflecting film layer having a fine rugged surface on the surface of a base material, by applying hot-melt resin mixed with fine particles to the surface of the base material through a cooling roll having a smooth surface by an extrusion laminating method. CONSTITUTION:Hot-melt resin pellets mixed with fine particles D such as silicon oxide or alkaline earth metal is heated and melted in an extruder 2, extruded and supplied to a T-shape die 3, and then extruded into a molten resin curtain part 4 from the T-shape die 3. On the other hand, a base material A, e.g. a plastic film or paper, pulled out from a drum 5 is wound round a drum 7 through a press roll 6. A cooling roll 8 having a smooth surface is arranged in a manner such that it rotatably comes in contact with the surface of the long base material A, supplied in close contact with the surface of the press roll 6, under a fixed pressure. In addition, the curtain part 4 is let uniformly fall into a space between the surface of the base material A and the roll 8, so that the surface of the molten resin applied to one surface of the base material A is cooled and solidified by the roll 8. In this way, a diffused reflecting film layer C having a fine rugged surface B is formed.</p> |
