Flare adaptor for firearm - is screwed to barrel end to fire illuminating cartridges which are held in chambers in it

The flare adaptor (1) is screwed to the mouth of a firearm barrel using blank cartridges. It has several cylindrical chambers (6), side by side, each for a cartridge. A gas distribution chamber (4) connects to the chambers via channels (8). The channels go through the rear wall (7) of the chamber and the adaptor has an end fixing (3) to fit to the barrel. The chambers are parallel on diverging axes. The gas distribution chamber is conical, opening towards the chambers.
