PURPOSE:To perform sure phase lock at all times, by adding a correction voltage corresponding to a stationary phase error component between an oscillation signal and an input signal outputted from a voltage controlled oscillator to an output voltage from a low pass filter. CONSTITUTION:An output voltage vd'(t) from a low pass filter (LPF)14 is added with a correction voltage DELTAvt corresponding to a stationary phase error component 2tau1DELTAomega/KL (where; tau1=C1R1, DELTAomega is a frequency change in an input signal thetai(t) and KL is transfer gain) between an oscillation signal theta0(t) of a voltage controlled oscillator (VCO)12 from an external terminal 16 and the input signal thetai(t) from an input terminal 11 to form a control voltage vd(t) supplied to the VCO12. |
