PURPOSE:To prevent an oil seal main unit from wearing at tilting of a piston rod, by arranging PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) to lip parts of the oil seal main unit and arranging said oil seal main unit to a rod guide. CONSTITUTION:A piston rod 12 is vertically movably guided by a rod guide 13, secured to the upper part of a cylinder 11, and an oil seal main unit 15 of nitrile rubber, excellent with oil resistance, is mounted to the internally peripheral top part of a housing 14 of the rod guide 13, while a guide bush 16 is mounted to the internally peripheral bottom part. Then the respective surfaces of lip parts 17, protrusively provided to the internal periphery of both top and bottom parts of the oil seal main unit 15, are coated by PTFE 18. |
