PURPOSE:To shorten the period of the manufacturing work of the ceiling of the desk, etc. by inserting a back plate, a four peripheral frame and a surface plate into a mold base under a condition that they are incorporated and filling a void between the surface plate and the back plate with foaming resin under the condition and foaming and solidifying the resin. CONSTITUTION:The back plate 3 is charged into the mold base, a pair of a front frame 6a and a rear frame 6b previously formed in ?-shaped form are opposed and the four peripheral frame 6 is manufactured, the frame into which a fringe material 4 is inserted is placed onto the back plate 3, the surface plate 2 is stacked, and the void d in the top plate 1 is filled with the foaming resin and the resin is foamed. When the resin is filled and foamed, the foaming resin 5 is filled up to the inside of the four peripheral frame 6 through the through- hole 7 of the peripheral frame 6, and the combination of the elastic fringe material 4 and the four peripheral frame 6 is further strengthened while the combination of the surface plate 2, the back plate 3 and the four peripheral frame 6 is automatically completed. |
