PURPOSE:To facilitate work and to reduce interference between adjacent oscillators, by arienting the oscillators, each formed of a high polymer piezoelectric film drawn uniaxially, at right angle to the drawn direction. CONSTITUTION:The cutting direction of a high polymer piezoelectric film of each oscillator 10 is selected correctly in an array direction 2, which is set at right angles to both direction of uniaxial drawing 1 and thickness direction 3 of the high polymer piezoelectric film. On the surface of this ocillator 10, splitted electrodes 12 arrayed in a small-width rectangular shape are attached by vapor deposition or plating. Thus, excellent interoscillation separation is performed even in case of one oscillator to reduce interference in the array direction, and the array pitch is reduced to increase scanning line density. |
