PURPOSE:To provide an intermediate layer and/or a recording layer or a recording layer made of colorants on a substrate at relatively low temperature by incorporating a radiation curable cured resin material and organoalkoxysilane in the intermediate layer and/or the recording layer, or the recording layer made of colorants. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate layer is made of organoalkoxysilane represented by a general formula (I), where x is an integer of 0-3, R<1> and R<2> are CnH2n+1 (n=1-3) or phenyl group; and monomer (or oligomer or prepolymer) used for a radiation curable cured resin material has a double bond, such as an acryl-type double bond, an aryl-type double bond, etc., and may have a double bond to be reacted in polymerization to be cured by being irradiated with an ultraviolet ray or an electron beam. The mixing ratio with the cured material is preferably 100:1-100:50. The material of the recording layer includes metals of Te, Zn, In, Sn, Zr, Al, Ti, Cu, Ge, Au, Pt, etc.; semimetals of Bi, As, Sb, etc., semiconductor of Si, etc., and the alloys thereof, or combinations thereof, and the thickness of the layer is preferably in a range of 150-1,000Angstrom in view of the optical concentration required for optical information recording. |
