发明名称 RECORDING MATERIAL FOR ENERGIZATION MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a recording material for energization transfer high in the resolution and the concentration which comprises a base layer mainly composed of a polycarbonate resin and carbon black and an ink layer mainly composed of a binder component and carbon black. CONSTITUTION:An ink layer 12 of a recording material 1 is tightly put on a recording body 2. A pulse-like signal voltage 5 is applied on a base layer 11 of the recording material from a recording needle 3 to energize a return electrode 4 conducting through the recording material 1. The resin composing the base layer 11 employs a polycarbonate resin while the resin composing the ink layer a low softening point acrylic resin such as 2 ethylhexylacrylate. Carbon black is blended into both layers as coloring material serving as conductive material. The functional separation of the role between the base layer 11 and the ink layer 12 enables the formation of a high quality picture with a low energy by reducing the thickness.
