PURPOSE:To reduce the amount of Au used end save the manufacturing cost by constituting a electrode part contacting with a resistance layer of Au and a wire part contacting the said layer of Cu, with a conductor for connecting the resistance layer to a drive circuit or the like divided into two. CONSTITUTION:A glaze layer 2 is provided on a substrate 1 and a paste of Au or an alloy thereof is printed and baked in an area intended to form the resistance layer 4 or therenear to form an electrode 3. Then, the resistance layer 4 is piled on the electrode 3 and formed on the surface of the glaze layer 2. The surface of the resistance layer 4 is covered with a protective film 5 leaving the edge 3A of the electrode 3. On the other hand, a conductor 8 of a Cu foil is formed on the surface of a heat resistance resin film 7 in a specified pattern. The table carrier 6 thus obtained is applied on the surface of the substrate 1 to be connected thereto in such a manner that the edge 8A of the conductor 8 overlaps the edge 3A of the electrode 3. The connection section may be soldered or press welded by heat. |
