PURPOSE:To maintain the submergence reporting function so that this function is operated normally in case of emergency, by providing a means, which displays the lowering of the voltage of a battery, in a submergence alarm which a sailor or the like carries with him. CONSTITUTION:When a sailor falls into the sea from a ship or the like, a submergence detecting part 10 of the submergence alarm which he carries with him detects submergence to close a switch part, and the voltage from a power source 9 is supplied to each circuit part, and low frequencies f1 and f2 are generated in low frequency oscillating circuits 2 and 3 and are AM-modulated in a modulating circuit 4 and are FM-modulated in an FM modulating circuit 5 and are transmitted from an antenna 8 to report it to the receiving side, which is not shown in a figure, that the sailor falls into the sea. Meanwhile, when the voltage of the power source 9 becomes a pescribed value or below in the normal state, a voltage detecting sensor 30 detects it, and only the signal f1 from the low-frequency oscillating circuit 2 is applied to the FM modulating circuit 4 to report it to the receiving side that the voltage of the battery is lowered, and simultaneously, a display 41 is lit to report this state to the sailor. |
