PURPOSE:To improve the printing property of the multi-nozzle head by a method wherein adhesives are uniformly applied onto a flat plate, a glazed substrate is pushed against the surface applied, the adhesives are reversed, and the glazed substrate and an upper cover are bonded. CONSTITUTION:Lead oxide group glass is applied onto the base substrate 12 consisting of ceramics, the glass is baked for thirty min. at 860 deg.C and a glazed layer 13 is formed, and minute ink passages 14 are shaped by a hydrogen fluoride-sulfuric acid group etching liquid. On the other hand, a glass plate acquired by applying low-melting point glass paste 16 onto an extremely smooth glass plate 17 through a spin coating method, etc. is prepared, and said glazed substrate is pushed against the surface. Consequently, the adhesives are reversed to the glazed substrate, the substrate is baked at 400-600 deg.C while pushing the upper cover 13 against the adhesives and pressing the cover, and bonding is completed. Accordingly, there is no adhesive just above the ink passages 14, and clogging can be avoided. |
