PURPOSE:To improve the yield of a magnetic bubble memory element capable of fast address synchronism at the re-application of power supply, by providing a spare index exclusive minor loop in addition to an index exclusive minor loop. CONSTITUTION:Through the use of loops 1a-1c out of loops forming a minor loop las an index loop and of a loop 1d as a spare loop of the index loop, the address synchronism at the re-application of power supply can quickly be performed with addresses with the combination of the information of the loops 1a-1c. The loop 1d can relieve defective index out of the loops 1a-1c, allowing to easily fabricate a magnetic bubble memory element capable of fast address synchronism at the re-application of power supply and to increase the yield rate. |
