PURPOSE:To hold rigidity of a crankshaft and equalize oiling of bearings, by both assembling the crankshaft, provided with an intermediate journal, through webs and communicating oil paths on axial lines of each crank pin through an oil path in a part of the intermediate journal. CONSTITUTION:A crankshaft 32 is integrally formed with an intermediate journal part 33 and webs 34 in its both sides, and both end journal parts 35, crank pins 36 and webs 37, put between said part 35 and pin 36, are formed as an integral unit, then one end of each crank pin 36 is assembled to a fitting hole 38, formed to the web 34, to construct the whole unit. An oil path 51 is drilled to the intermediate journal part 33 of the crankshaft 32 and the webs 34, and oil paths 52 are drilled on axial lines of each crank pin 36, then oil paths 51 and 52 are mutually communicated. Further an oil path 53 is radially diagonally drilled to the intermediate journal part 33, and its other end is communicated to the oil path 51. |
