PURPOSE:To obtain a junction with enhanced magnetic permeability and reduced leakage flux by a method wherein a magnetic core is composed of two or more types of ferromangetic materials differring from each other in terms of property and composition, and the junction surface wherein yoke and armature abut is mirror finished and filled with a magnetic fluid. CONSTITUTION:Two or more ferromagnetic materials differring from each other in terms of property and composition are coupled for the construction of an electromagnetic plunger. The hatched parts are permanent magnets and the unhatched parts are soft magnetic materials. The junction surfaces are mirror finished and filled with a magnetic fluid condensing in the presence of acetone or alcohol. A plunger thus obtained consumes a little electric power for its high output and is suitable for use in such a small-size equipment as a camera. |
