The plant protection cloche has a tubular plastic sleeve (1), whose upper end (10) is tied on a stake (3), which it surrounds, by means of a string (2). From there, the sleeve (1) extends initially in conical form (13) without perforations as far as an upper support ring (4) which is drawn into holes in the sleeve (1) in a plaited manner. From there, the perforated area (12) of the sleeve (1) extends in the shape of a cylinder downwards, where a second ring (4) is drawn into it. The sleeve (1) is secured on the ground (6) by means of pegs (5). However, it can also be braced on the stake (3). It provides a greenhouse-like protection with roof covering effect at low cost. <IMAGE>
