PURPOSE:To obtain a two-layered liquid-crystal panel for matrix display which uses many terminals, by perventing terminal parts from overlapping even when terminals are led from three sides and two panels are stacked. CONSTITUTION:In the figure, 41-46 are connectors for connecting a panel 5 to a substrate 3 and formed, for example, by adhering copper foil onto a polyimide resin material or by printing a conductive paint on a polyester film. When the 1st panel plate 51 is superposed upon the 2nd panel plate 52, the 1st panel plate 51 has a terminal part exposed on one side and the 2nd panel plate 52 has terminal parts exposed in both directions. The panel composed of the 3rd and 4th panel plates 53 and 54 is inverse to the panel made of the 1st and 2nd panel plates 51 and 52 on an X-directional axis, and terminal parts are fitted in the opposite directions. Therefore, the 2nd and 3rd panel plates 52 and 53 are stuck together back to back to lead out respective terminal parts without overlapping. |
