PURPOSE:To detect a trouble of a turbine main valve, by mounting a stroke sensor and full-open and full-close limit switches to a valve stem and providing a processor device in which abnormality of a valve stroke characteristic is watched, diagnosed and displayed. CONSTITUTION:A stroke sensor 92 and full-open and full-close limit switches 51, 52 and test device switch 48 are provided to a valve rod. A signal of each switch 51, 52, 48 is input to a digital input circuit 41, and an output signal of a signal converter 55 is input to an analog input circuit 40. A microcomputer 42 obtains a standard stroke time curve from the opening and closing time and actually measured stroke time curve, and a sign of valve sticking is judged from the deviation, then a trouble is detected. A processing result of the computer 42 is output to a display lamp 45, printer 46 and CRT display device 47. In this way, the troubles in a turbine main valve can be detected. |
