PURPOSE:To analyze a failure of a processor and confirm the function after recovery, without using a special tester and folding cables, by folding an output from the data processor from an interlocking changeover circuit of a center failure notifying code transmitter, when the transmitter is in operation. CONSTITUTION:Data communication is performed between a terminal device and a data processor via an exchange network, a network controller and communication lines and if the processor is not normally operated, a failure notifying code is transmitted from a data failure notifying code transmitter 1 to the calling of a terminal device. The transmitter 1 is provided with a failure notifying code transmission circuit 2 and an interlocking changeover circuit 3. During the operation of the transmitter 1, a signal line at the processor and the signal line at an MODEM are disconnected at the circuit 3 and a failure notifying code is transmitted from the MODEM to the circuit 2. The folding of the signal lines is made to the processor and the analysis of the failure of the processor and the confirmation of functions after recovery can be performed without using special cables. |
