PURPOSE:To prevent article damage when transferring articles having magnetism with a feeder by burying magnets in the transfer path of the feeder so as to brake down the articles with no contact between the articles to be transferred and the magnets. CONSTITUTION:Two braking magnets 6 consisting of permanent magnets are buried lengthwise in a frame guide surface of a frame guide shoot 5, and an article 7 made from iron-system material and thus having magnetism, such as a lead frame, is successively sent to this guide surface. The feed beginning end of the shoot 5 is provided with a groove 9 into which a feed nail 8 is inserted so that the article 7 sent to the guide surface is pushed in successively. To prevent the article falling-off upper covers are provided to both side surfaces of the shoot 5. The feed nail 8 is operated in a loop A1-A4 as shown to provide feeding operation with a specified pitch so as to eliminate overrun. |
