PURPOSE:To perform such control that slide is stopped automatically and accurately in the top dead center in an optional number of strokes, by detecting the rotation period and the position and using a microcomputer to operate and output a stop signal transmission angle. CONSTITUTION:Information of the rotation period is sent to a microcomputer 17 from a dock 3 of a rotating member 1 of a press, a switch 5, and a reference pulse oscillator 7 through a signal generating circuit 9, a counter 11, and a latch 13, and information of the position is sent to the microcomputer 17 from a detecting device 15, and the output of a stop signal transmission angle value is sent to the microcomputer 17 from a keyboard 19. A signal transmission angle value X for stop in the top dead center is operated in the mirocomputer 17 on a basis of respective signal transmission angle values A and B for stop in the top dead center and rotation periods talpha and tbeta for minimum and maximum numbers of slide strokes and a rotation period tx for an optional number of strokes by expression X=B+(tx-tbeta)(B-A)/(talpha-tbeta), and the stop signal is transmitted with the obtained angle value X. |
