A dosage piston pump consists of a cylinder pipe (7) and an outer pipe (8) which surrounds it for the creation of a flow channel (9) between the pipes. The upper ends of the channels are connected to an outlet pipe (10) with a back valve (10a). The lower ends of the channel are connected (18) with the cylinder's (7). Liquid is sucked up into the cylinder (7) from an inlet with a back valve (12) when the pump piston (6) in the cylinder pipe (7) and the piston rod (5) are drawn upwards. There is a stopper at work on the piston rod in the form of a piston (6) which tightens within the cylinder pipe (7) and whose position is adjustable within the piston rod (5) for the regulation of the stroke length.
