PURPOSE:To prevent poisonous gas generated from a film processing solution during a printing process in printing an electric iron plate and to try the improvement of application workability and the saving of the processing solution by a method wherein a phosphate-potassium dichromate-boric acid group processing solution combined a very small amount of polyoxyethyelene polyoxypropylene block polymer as a growth reactor accelerator for phosphate group insulating film is applied to the surface of the electric iron plate. CONSTITUTION:A processing solution combined potassium dichromate of 15-45 by wt., polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene block polymer of 0.2-3 by wt., and borica acid of 15 or less by wt. against ion phosphate of 100 by wt. with a phosphaste aqueous solution including one kind or more of phosphate such as magnesium, calcium. zinc, and aluminum is applied to an electric iron plate so that film adhesion amount (dry weight) may be 0.5-3.5g/m<2> and the electric iron plate is printed at 300-700 deg.C. In this way, NOx generation at the time of printing can be prevented and unequal pattern is also prevented and a good insulating film with superior application workability and no moisture absorption can be formed by combining a very small amount of polyoxyethlene polyoxypropylene block polymer with the processing solution as a growth reaction accelerator for a phosphate group film. |
