PURPOSE:To stabilize the operation, by narrowering a conductor pattern interval of a part crossed with an ion implanted transfer pattern than other parts and arranging the conductor patterns so that the bubbles can be expanded to both sides from the crossing part. CONSTITUTION:When a bubble is transferred to a position ''B'' on an ion implanted transfer pattern ''1'', an expanding pulse current flows to a bubble expansion conductor ''3''. The bubble is expanded from the position ''B'' to a position ''A'' and a ''A''' with this pulse current. The expanded bubble is detected for its magnetic field at a thin film permalloy detector ''4'' and shrinked. Since a charged wall due to the ion implanted transfer pattern ''1'' is generated at a point B at the center of the expanded bubble and the tendency of the expanded bubble easily to be shrinked to the center acts at the same time, the shrinked bubble can easily be made stable to the position ''B''. |
