PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of check, by measuring a time from the beginning end of a reader tape section of a recorded tape to the end of a cue signal and that from the beginning in a reproducing signal of recorded content to the generation of the next peak value and comparing the values with each standard time. CONSTITUTION:In checking the recording state of a slave tape in dubbing from a master tape, A time T1 from the beginning end of a reader tape section 1 to the end time of a cue signal 2 and a time T2 from the end of a cue signal to the generation of the 1st peak value in a reproduction signal of the content of recording are measured. A time T3 from the time T2 to the generation of the 2nd peak value is measured, and they are compared with each standard value stored in advance, allowing to find out the generation of defects such as intermission of recorded music, mixing of different recording and winding caused by turning a magnetic tape inside out. |
