PURPOSE:To obtain uniform spectroscopic sensitivity to beams having various wavelength by combining the solar cell having the excellent characteristic of generation to beams having short wavelength and the solar cell having the excellent characteristic of generation to beams having long wavelength. CONSTITUTION:The single-crystal silicon solar cell 4 and the amorphous silicon solar cell 7 each show the maximum spectroscopic sensitivity to beams having different wavelength. A diode 5 is connected in series with the single-crystal silicon solar cell 4, and a diode 6 is connected in series with the amorphous silicon solar cell 7. The cathode and cathode of these solar cells 4, 7 and the cathode and cathode of the diodes 5, 6 are each connected. The output of a power supply consisting of the solar cells 4, 7 and the diode 5, 6 is supplied to load such as the arithmetical section of an electric desk calculator through a voltage stabilizing circuit 2. According to said constitution, the power supply device having uniform spectroscopic sensitivity to beams having various wavelength is obtained because the output voltage of the solar cells having different spectroscopic sensitivity characteristics is coupled. |
