In order to miniaturize the coil for rotating magnetic field (6) and reduce the consumption of power in magnetic bubbble memory devices, the intensity of rotating magnetic field is amplified by adding the magnetization of a magnet such as permalloy (11) to the rotating magnetic field. The permalloy magnet that forms a rod, is arranged on the same surface as a magnetic bubble chip (2).
