PURPOSE:To execute a measurement compactly and with high accuracy, by providing a partition wall which is coaxial to a body drum and is cylindrical, on a space surrounded by a cylindrical body drum, and its upper cover and lower cover, and eliminating an uneven flow of cooling water in the circumference of a heat transmission pipe. CONSTITUTION:Sampled vapor flows in a spiral heat transmission pipe 5 from a pipe 19, executes heat exchange with cooling water in the outside of the pipe 5, and condenses gradually. Subsequently, when it reaches a pipe 20, the whole quantity of the vapor becomes condensed water and flows out. On the other hand, the cooling water goes down along a watercourse 31 formed between a body drum 15 and an outside partition wall 25, from an inlet 22 of an upper cover 16, and goes up along a watercourse 32 formed betweem the outside partition wall 25 and an inside partition wall 29, through a space between a lower end part 24 of the partition wall 25 and a lower cover 17. Subsequently, the cooling water passes through a space between an upper end part 27 of a partition wall 29 and the upper cover 16, goes down along a water-course 33 formed on the inside of the partition wall 29, and after that, flows out from the pipe 20 provided on the lower cover 17. |
