At this time, the connector 109 of the rod 76 is moved to the small diameter side 108 under the guidance of the inner peripheral edge of the guide hole 102, but since the side 108 is formed substantially equal to the diameter of a coupling unit 106, the rod 76 is, when the coupling unit 106 is inserted into the side 108, restricted to laterally rock with respect to a guide plate 100 and a propelling unit 10.
