PURPOSE:To enable to improve the external appearance of a bumper fascia merely by slightly varying the shape of the fascia by providing projections on the upper inside of the fascia, and maintaining the interval from the outer board of the body constant. CONSTITUTION:A resin bumper fascia 3 is clamped with two bolts to a rear fender 2 to continue from both right and left ends 1a of a soft bumper 1 smoothly to the rear wheel house 2a of a body fender 2, and is mounted to form a gap 6 of the size X between the inside surface 3b of the upper end 3a and the fender 2. Four projections 3c are integrally projected from the upper inside surface 3b, and are contacted with the fender 2 simultaneously upon mounting of the fascia. Accordingly, the gap 6 of the size X is uniformly formed over the entire length between the fender 2 and the fascia 3, thereby improving the external appearance. |
