PURPOSE:To classify and count a lymph cell system/granule cell system leucocyte, by issuing a control signal at a position passing an inclined part of an accumulated particle size distribution curve of blood corpuscle based on two voltage obtained from a pulse signal of the blood corpuscle and obtaining the threshold voltage. CONSTITUTION:A particle signal from a blood corpuscle detector 1 is compared 3, 4 with each saw tooth-shaped voltage C, D having the level difference and the difference of output of F/V conversion circuits 5, 6 is brought about at an inclined part E of an accumulated particle size distribution curve of blood corpuscle and then, the output is obtained in an analogue subtraction circuit 7. And, a trigger pulse is outputted from a conversion point detecting circuit 10 accompanied by a rise of the voltage C, D and the output is obtained in a comparison circuit 9 when the output of an one-way circuit 7 is made to zero. Further, the rise of the voltage C, D is stopped based on a control signal of a generation circuit 11 and at the same time, gates 17, 18 are switched on and then, the output of comparison circuits 2, 3 is counted by each circuit 19, 20. As a result of it, all leucocyte more than a shreshold voltage A are counted in the circuit 19 and only the leucocyte of a granule cell system more the a shreshold voltage B is counted in the circuit 20. |
