PURPOSE:To prevent filling of smoke within the room by placing a heating element within a box-shaped body, broiling fish in this box-shaped body, and forcibly discharging smoke generated upon this occasion outside the room through a hose by the operation of a fan. CONSTITUTION:A heating element such as a gas appliance, an electric heater or the like, is accommodated in the box-shaped body, and a hose is connected to a part of the box-shaped body. By this arrangement, smokes generated from the fish broiled in the box-shaped body can be focibly sucked up by the operation of the fan provided in the hose route, and can be discharged out of the room. |
