Also, the operating part 2 reads the outputs (x), (y) of the detecting part 1 when the switch 3 is not turned on, subsequently, calculating x' and y' to derive a level Li, and comparing the result with the levels LH, LL, and flickering an LED5 in accordance with the result of comparison, outputs an abnormal state alarm, and also outputs an azimuth signal (theta) corresponding to an advancing azimuth of the vehicle.
