PURPOSE:To realize the miniaturization and a simple structure for the titled reader, by using a tight sensor and obtaining a color resolving signal by switching light sources. CONSTITUTION:A color original 1 is carried by an original feed roller 2 toward the arrow mark, and the secondary scanning is carried out. A tight sensor 7 is set tight to the original 1 or with a minute distance, and then the original 1 is irradiated from a composite LED array light source 3 and through the back side of the original. The light of the source 3 irradiates the original 1 attached tight to a transparent protecting layer 73 or set close to the layer 73 through an illuminating transparent window 75 drilled to a light shielding layer 72 of the sensor 7. The light of the source 3 is reflected by the original 1 and then received at a photoelectric transducer element train 74 consisting of many photoelectric transducers arranged in the main scanning direction vertical to the surface of the original. |
