PURPOSE:To prevent damage to the motor in the sorter transfer part and generation of noises by sensing off the changing-over of rotational direction of the motor and furnishing a means to stop the motor temporarily prior to the changing-over. CONSTITUTION:The moving part 306 of a sorter 300 is formed with a reversible motor 307 and a transfer mechanism 308 and is connected to a sorter control part (not illustrated) composed of a sorter control circuit 418 having a control circuit (not illustrated) equipped with a means to stop the motor 307, a drive circuit 419, a BUSY signal generator circuit 420 and a one-turn sensing circuit 421. When the control circuit 418 gives the drive circuit 419 a regularly rotational signal for the motor 307, it will rotate in the regular direction and a cam 312 turns to sink a bin 302 for classification work. Even though a subsequent reverse rotational signal is given to the motor 307, the stop means in the control circuit allows the motor 307 to make reverse rotation upon once stopping. Accordingly, shocks owing to the inertia of the motor 307 can be avoided. |
