PURPOSE:To improve work efficiency with secured scraping, by synchronizing a timing of reversion of a bucket turned over at an unloading part, while making up a scraper so as to scrape a remainder from the bucket bottom, in case of a Z type conveyor for powder and grain loads. CONSTITUTION:A bucket 4 just reached an unloading position 6 with an endless chain 3 is reversed with movement of a chain 3 as it engages a pawl 4 on a rotary wheel 5a, unloading powder and grain bodies from the bucket. At this time, a scraper 7 rotates, at the unloading position 6, interlocking with reversing motion of the bucket 4 via a chain 10, starting reversion, and it enters into the inside of the bucket 4 in a state of almost dropping a load, while an elastic plate (unillustrated) being attached to its tip gets rotating with sliding on the bottom inside of the bucket 4 and scrapes the remainder out. With this constitution, scraping is completely achieved and work efficiency can be much improved. proved. |
