PURPOSE:To increase the charged of bloom per pit into a furnace, and to improve energy-economy and operation-efficiency by charging the blooms as they are in a multistage stacking state into a soaking pit in multi rows by a claw type-hanging device which is fixed to a pit-crane tongal. CONSTITUTION:The rows 12 of blooms 3 stacked in multistages accumulated on a pallet-table 11 in multi stages and multi rows in a bloom-yard, is lifted and transferred after said rows of blooms have been placed on the claw 8 of a claw type-hanging device. Then the rows 12 of said blooms are conveyed and brought down and charged into a soaking pit while keeping the distance between the furnace wall and the row of the bloom and the distance between each row of the blooms switably. When the rows 12 of the blooms has been supplied fully in accordance with the furnace capacity, another pallet table is placed on said blooms, and further, the rows of the stacked in multistage are charged by the same manner as described above on the upper surface of said blooms. Here, the numeral 6, 7 and 2a, 2b in the figure show respectively the grip for tongnes, the stationary beam and the pit ecane-tongnes. |
