PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of brazing by smoothly flowing ink from the start up of printing by providing a ball point pen by inclining its longitudinal line to the normal of a recording paper. CONSTITUTION:A guide shaft 4 and a guide plate 5 are provided in parallel in front of a platen 1 connected to a pulse motor 2, a ball point pen 8 inclined at an angle of theta to the normal of the face 9 of a recording paper 3 is attached to the holder 7 of a carriage 6 movably attached to the guide shaft 4 and the guide plate 5, and the recording paper 3 is contacted with or separated from the ball 11 inclined and in contact with ink 10. A drive wire 12 wound around the drive wheel 13 and follow wheel 14 connected to the pulse motor 15 is connected to the carriage 6 and the ball point pen 8 is moved along the longitudinal direction of the carriage 6. |
