PURPOSE:To cancel the unbalance in a taping machine to carry out taping of one turn for each head by furnishing a balancing reel at a point opposite to the tape pad in the machine. CONSTITUTION:A balancing reel 4 made of wires is installed at a disc 2 of the taping head 1 in its position symmertical to the tape pad holder 3 while two reels 10, 11 are installed at the reel shaft 9 furnished at the center of the disc 2, and then another reel 14 is installed facing the reels 10, 11. When the starting end of the wire on reel 11 is hooked at the reel 14 and the wind-up shaft is turned upon hooking the wire on reel 4 at the reel 10, the wire on the reel 11 is wound on the reel 14 and the wire on the reel 4, on the reel 10 owing to the rotating disc 2. If it is so arranged that wires correspoding to the wear of tape on the reel 10 is wound on the reel 10, the weight of wires for balancing situated on the reel 4 can be held about the same as the weight of the residual tape at the tape pad 5 during taping. |
