PURPOSE:To obtain a small sized device with long durability of a center pin requiring for only small power without leaving residual film in the central portion of a disk by the following method in which a cake is kept in an accurate position by inserting a center pin into the central hole preformed in the cake and then press-forming. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 22 is fixed to a frame 16. A top force 20 is caused to be fixed to a press-position by inserting its lock pin 22a into the hole of a top force-fastening plate 19 and the hole of the top force 20. After the cake prepd. by a cake-producing device for a disk is dropped onto a bottom force 35, pressurized oil is introduced into the oil pressure chamber 43 in a subcylinder 38 from a conduit 45 by opening a switch valve 45a, and then the pressurized oil introduced into the oil pressure chamber 43 raises slightly a subpiston 39. When the subpiston 39 is raised, its bottom surface is separated from the top end surface of a ram 41, the pressurized oil enters a flowing path 39a and reaches the oil pressure chamber 40 in a main cylinder 28. The pressurized oil entering the oil pressure chamber 40 raises a main piston 30, and the bottom die is actuated to work on the top force 20, thereby forming the cake into the disk. |
