PURPOSE:To obtain easily a polyamide-formed product with superior properties for dimension stability, surface-luster, chemicals-resistance and weather-proof by means of forming high viscous nylon in which plate like talc or kaoline is prepared by special form-extrusion. CONSTITUTION:80-50wt% high viscous nylon 12 having viscosity-value under 6 which is shown by melt flow index, or nylon 11 and 20-50wt% plate like talc or kaoline, are mixed. Next, said composite material obtained is extruded into a desirable shape by the profile die of a extruder and is passed through a cooled sizing die with tension provided by a receiving device, and then is solidified with its shape being corrected and kept in a desirable shape. The objective polyamide product may be obtained by cutting it into a predetermined length by a cutter. |
