Apparatus for measuring pneusis function of biooxgan and textus is disclosed, wherein a portion to be diagnosed is subject to interruption of oxygen supply in biospectroscopy. A reflection spectrum characteristic variation per time is measured to provide an information source. Such information is converted into an electrical signal to indicate the pneusis function.
