PURPOSE:To truly sphericallize a powder slurry with an extremely simple method by suspending a powder slurry in a liq., and curing the powder slurry with a means such as freeze curing and the self curing of the slurry to form the powder slurry. CONSTITUTION:The powder slurry is suspended in a liq. 1 and sphericallized, the sphered slurry 2 is cured to obtain an almost spherical formed body. In this case, a liq. having the sp. gr. 0.95-1.05 times that of the powder slurry is appropriately used as the liq. for suspending the slurry. A freeze curing method or a self curing method is appropriately used as the curing method for the powder slurry. A liq. not freezing at the freezing temp. is used in the freeze curing method, and the inner spherical slurry is frozen and cured under the suspended conditions. A self-curing resin such as a one-liq. adhesive is mixed in the powder slurry in the self curing method, and the slurry is self-cured under the suspended conditions. |
