PURPOSE:To obtain a microcapsule reagent capable of detecting an antibody against more than 2 kinds of antigen by causing more than 2 kinds of antigen to combine each other on the wall of a single microcapsule. CONSTITUTION:In order to combine antigen ingredients on the wall of a microcapsule, such a method, for instance, is used that solid ingredient of microcapsule is diluted so that its density becomes 1-3wt%, and a bridge forming agent such as glutal aldehyde, etc. is added within the range of 0.1-50wt% of the solid ingredient of microcapsule and the mixture is incubated at a room temperature 65 deg.C for 5-60min and it is caused to react with functional group of wall of microcapsule. After that, residual bridge forming agent is removed by centrifigal separation and washing method, and antigen ingredient is added within the range of 0.1-25wt% of solid ingredient of microcapsule and it is incubated at 37 deg.C for 30-120min and caused to react with residual functional groups such as glutal aldehyde, etc. which are bridged on the wall of microcapsule. |
