The hand tool is for application of paints and other coloured liquids, and has a cellular plastics body (1) for picking up the paint. Towards one edge (7) it has a narrowed section (6) from which the paint is applied. - The body has a hand grip (2) from which project sprung fingers extending into the cellular plastics. When it is to be used with easy flowing paint materials, the cellular plastics body has a greater number of open and large cells than is the case when used with thick-flowing paints.(1) |
